On the Tiverton shore of the Sakonnet, with a front-row seat to the passing fleet. Look for the white lighthouse on our jetty. Depths below are at mean low water.

Getting around the docks

Slips are marked on each dock. Fuel, ice and the pump-out are together at the fuel dock in the middle. The ship store, The Gull House gift shop, restrooms and showers are along the shore.

Payment & billing
  • Cash or check preferred. Card payments carry a 3.5% fee.
  • A 2% environmental fee applies to service charges (not fuel or retail).
  • Unpaid balances go to the card on file on day 7.
  • 1.5% monthly finance charge after 30 days.
Yard rules
  • Dogs on leash, and clean up after them.
  • No rafting in slips or the mooring field.
  • No swimming, fishing or diving from the docks without permission.
  • Outside contractors need written approval and $1M liability insurance.
  • No "For Sale" signs without management approval.
  • All vessels must carry liability and hull insurance.
