Standish Boat Yard, Inc. ("we") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a service, parts, slip and mooring, winter storage or contact request, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, boat details and anything you write or attach, such as a photo. We don't collect anything else through this site, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your request, schedule and perform work, reserve space, and bill for our services. We don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else handles it

Form submissions pass through our website host, which delivers them to our office email. Transient reservations are handled by Dockwa under its own privacy policy. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address. We may share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep request emails and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping requirements.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
